Unscented means flax seed that is in its natural state, no fragrance has been added to it.  Not everyone likes the natural scent of flax seed, but it is an option to having essential oils infused into the flax seed.  Our essential oils are pure, made from the plant or bud.  If you're not sure about ordering your wrap as unscented you may want to order a sample of the flax seed to see if you like or dislike the fragrance that it has.
