Apply lotion or foot balm prior to putting on your heated booties to help soften feet. If using foot balm, put feet in a plastic bag before inserting into booties.


Removable inserts. Covers are machine washable or hand wash. Dry on cool or line dry. For cold therapy put your booties in a zip lock bag and chill or freeze in freezer, can go from freezer to microwave. The flaxseed does not lump together like ice does, always loose and flexible.
