All sales are final except for arriving to you damaged or product being defective, (torn fabric or loose seams). Lavender Wraps is not responsible for damage to wrap while heating in a microwave. Take care not to reheat until wrap has totally cooled.
If your wrap arrives damaged or defective you will receive a replacement once this has been verified and approved by LavenderWraps. Call Customer Service at 707-583-1892 or email Lavender Wraps at [email protected] for instructions if you have one of these issues within seven business days. If found in your favor Lavender Wraps will either replace your wrap or issue you a store credit.
